Many long-standing credit union people remember Oleg Rozmeta fondly. This interview with him was recorded as a promotion for the Association of NSW Credit Unions (ANSWCU) in 1990.

The interview covers two parts of Oleg’s career, the first beginning in 1971 when he was Education Officer of ANSWCU where he led an army of volunteers (Oleg’s estimate is 3000 volunteers) in teaching new credit union directors and staff about a rapidly expanding movement and industry. He also discusses the Association’s marketing campaigns of the time which included the first credit union TV ads. In the second shorter part of the interview Oleg discusses the contrast between working with ANSWCU and his role at the time as a Director of M.S.B. Credit Union.
