In 2023 the Newcastle Greater Mutual Group Ltd was formed from the merger of Newcastle Permanent and Greater Bank. It trades under the name NGM Group. As of 2026, the group continues to operate the brands Newcastle Permanent and Greater Bank. We have begun to collect NGM Group records including annual reports and governance documents published online.
