Interview Form

Research use allows researchers to access the interview material for listening, reading, and note-taking only. This does not include reproducing or publishing any of the material.

Public use includes reproducing, publishing, broadcasting, performing, or publicly sharing any part of the interview. Any approved public use requires acknowledging the interviewee.

I hereby give Australian Mutuals Archives (AMA) permission to use, reproduce, and make publicly available the material I have provided, in whole or in part, for archival, research, and publication purposes. I understand that this permission includes digital and physical formats unless otherwise specified by me in writing.
